Yes. We work with production builders, custom home builders, developers, and owner-builders across the Southeastern United States. Every project gets the same estimating, planning, and field discipline.
Which counties do you serve?
Century Plumbing's residential construction crews serve counties throughout the Southeastern United States, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and neighboring states. Contact our estimating team with your project location and we'll confirm coverage and mobilization.
Can builders supply fixtures?
Yes. Builders may supply their own fixtures, or we can quote and supply fixtures as part of our scope. Either way, we handle installation, testing, and warranty.
Do you coordinate inspections?
Yes. Our foremen coordinate municipal underground, rough-in, top-out, and final plumbing inspections and are on site to walk them with the inspector.
When should builders contact Century Plumbing?
As early as possible — ideally during plan review or preconstruction. Early involvement helps us align the plumbing package with the schedule and flag anything that could hold up a permit or a pour.
